Dal Main Ingredients : 

  • 1/2 cup Urad ki Dal
  • ⅓ cup Moong ki Dal
  • 1/4 Chane Ki Dal
  • 2 Dry Red Chilly
  • 2 Tamato (small pieces)
  • 1/4 Ginger small pieces
  • 4-5 Green Chilly
  • 7-8 Garlic cloves
  • 1 spoon jeera 
  • Khade masale
  • 1 spoon haldi powder
  • 2 Spoon Red chilly powder
  • 1\5 chhota Spoon dhaniya powder
  • 2-3 Dane Hing
  • 1 medium size onion 
  • 1/2 Spoon Kasoori methi  

Dal banane ki Vidhi in Hindi –

1- Sabse pahle teeno dalo ko milkar 1 hr ke liye paani main bhigokar rkhade 

2- 1 cooker main 4 cup pani le aur use gas par rkhe, Jab Paani halka garm ho jaye to usme half spoon Namak dale aur Dal ko achhe se dhokar dal ko pani main ubalnae ke liye 3-4 seeti lagne tak wait kare.

3- Ab kadhayi me 1 spoon sarso ka Oil ya ghee le aur use medium flow par garm kare. Ab usme jeera dale jeera tadkne ke bad sookhi lal mirch ke tookde dal de sabut masale dale uske bad chop kiya gya onion ,green chilli or garlic ginger paste dale ab masaale ko Spoon se chalate hue 5 minute tk fry hone de.

4- Jab onion ka color brown hone lag jaye tb lal mirch, haldi,dhaniya powder, or hing dalde usme ½ cup pani dalkar masale ko chalate rahe jisse masala jale nahi or namak swadanusar dale.

5- Uske bad low flame karke dal ko 4-5 minute ke liye dhak ke pakne de.

6- Ab bareek kiya hua tamatar dal de aur 2 minute ke liye kadhayi ko dhak de 1 glass pani dale uske bad cooker me rakhi dal ko kadhayi me dal de.

 7 – Ab 5-7 minute ke liye low flame par Dal ko pakne de.

Baati Ingredients-

  • 1 Kilo Gehu ka Aata 
  • 1 Katori Ghee
  • 1 jug Gunguna Paani
  • 1 spoon Ajwain 
  • Namak ( taste ke According)
  • 1 Katori Suji 
  • 1 Katori Besan           
  • ½ spoon Haldi

Baati Banane Ki Vidhi in Hindi-

1- Sabse pahle aapko Aata lena hai aur usme taste ke according Namak Dal lena hai. Aur ajwain besan, haldi suji ko Aate ke sath mila lena hai.

2- Sabhi dry ingredients ko mix karne ke bad aap 4 spoon Ghee Dalkar usko Garma Paani ke sath Aate ko Guthana hai. Agar aapke pas without Boil Milk h to to paani k sath thoda milk bhi use kr sakte hai.

3- Ab Aate ko thoda tightly guthe aur ghuth kar ke 15 min ke liye use dhak kar rakhde.

4- 15 min ke bad aate ko nikalkar uske Gol Gol balls bnaye. Aur Balls ke mid main apni finger se halka press kare.

5- Ab Oven le aur use Medium flame par Garm hone de. 

6- Ab aapko aate ke balls ko Oven main rakhkar 30-40mins ke liye bake hone de. Lekin thode thode time ke bad baatiyo ki position ko change karte rhe jisse ki baati kahi se bhi kachhi na rah jaye.

7- Jab Baati thik se pak jaye, to unhe oven se nikal kar Ghee main Dip Kare. Aur Dal ke sath serve kare.

  • 1kg Aata 
  • 1 cup Suji 
  • 4-5 spoon Ghee
  • Elaichi powder
  • Dry Fruits
  • Suger (Bura)

Churma Bnane ki Vidhi in Hindi –

1- Sabse pahle Suji aur aate ko milakar usme 3-4 spoon ghee dalkar mix kar lena hai. Mix karke use Milk or Gungune paani ke sath guth le.

2- Jab aata achhe se guth le tab use mid size ke balls prepare kare. Jese baati bnate hai usi prakar se.

3- Ab ek kadhai le aur Ghee main un balls ko deep fry kare. Aur tab tak kare jab tak unka color brown nhi ho jaye.

4- Ab balls ko bahar nikale aur unko cool hone de. Jese hi aapke balls cool ho jate hai to unko blender ki help se grind(Powder ) karle.

5- Uske bad usme Elaichi powder, dry fruits aur sugar dal-kar achhe se mix karle.

6- Aapka churma banakar ready hai. Aap isko chaho to balls(Laddo) bnakar khaye yaa ase hi powder ko Daal baati ke sath kha sakte hai.
